Kurzban Kurzban Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A., a nationally and internationally recognized law firm, today announces that Edward Ramos and Kevin Gregg, currently associate lawyers with the firm, will become partners.
Mr. Ramos obtained his J.D. from Yale Law School and first joined the firm as a Yale Public Interest Fellow.
Mr. Gregg obtained his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law. Before joining the firm he clerked for a District Court Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He now works from the firm’s Miami office but will be relocating to California this summer, expanding the firm’s presence on the west coast.

Mr. Ramos dedicates the majority of his practice to complex federal court litigation involving business immigration matters, with an emphasis on EB-5, an area in which the firm has become internationally known. As another component of his practice he provides the most up to date advice and guidance on intricate and ever changing U.S. immigration law issues to select corporate clients, including EB-5 regional centers, individual investors, entrepreneurs, as well as businesses of all types and their key employees.
Mr. Gregg focuses his practice on removal defense and litigation, representing clients from all walks of life from deportation before the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in the federal courts throughout the U.S. Mr. Gregg has also successfully represented clients in complex individual and class actions against federal agencies including USCIS and DHS challenging violations of their civil and constitutional rights.
