Product Liability Actions

“Republican Congress introduced a bill providing that the doctrine of strict liability does not apply to a product seller in a product liability action. This would severely limit injured peoples rights to seek compensation for a product malfunctioning and hurting somebody. We need to stay proactive and tell Senator Jeff Brandes that people matter more than profits.”
